Sales Coordinator

• Taking telephone enquiries from clients.
• Ordering samples and sending out catalogues, as required.
• Preparing and sending out quotations ensuring that company gross profit margins are met.
• Inputting and placing computer generated purchase orders with suppliers, ensuring that appropriate artwork has been supplied.
• Receiving orders over the phone, by email and via the web, inputting sales orders on the computer and sending out acknowledgements to the client.
• Keep a tight control of stock management for stock ranges held in the warehouse and preferred supply partners
• Liaising with suppliers on a daily basis to progress orders and highlight any problem areas.
• To keep clients updated on the progress of their order and deal with any queries that may arise.
• Assisting colleagues, as and when necessary.
• Maximising sales opportunities when building relationships with clients.
• Promoting the company in a professional manner at all times, creating goodwill with prospects and developing client base wherever possible.
• To comply with the Company’s Policies and Procedures at all times.
• To undertake special projects, as and when required.
• To attend Trade Exhibitions, as and when required.
• This is a Hybrid role with a minimum of 2 days in the office, and more whilst on boarding and training

• 9-5.30pm Mon-thur and 9-5pm Fri
