Position: Sales Executive

Location: Burnley, UK

Salary: 22,000 OTE 28,000+ (uncapped)

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to promote our products/services and generate sales leads
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management team
• Provide accurate and timely information to clients regarding product specifications, pricing, and promotions
• Document all sales activities and maintain updated records in the CRM system

Requirements for our Sales executive:

• Proven experience in outbound telesales or a similar role, preferably but we are open to people who want to get into sales or want really want to get into the fuel industry
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a confident and persuasive telephone manner
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a target-driven environment
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to overcoming objections
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
• A positive attitude, resilience, and a willingness to learn and adapt
