Dawsongroup Finance, the financial arm responsible for financing a variety of assets across the country, is seeking enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our team as trainee salespeople in our Ringwood office.

We are looking for ambitious and talented individuals who are passionate about sales to join our rapidly growing business. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional customer care calls to our current and lapsed customers, liaise with clients regarding their finance options, and offer consultative support to manufacturers’ clients. You will also work closely with our Business Development Managers, supporting targeted telemarketing, organizing meetings, and establishing solid working relationships with key suppliers and other Dawsongroup businesses.
Key Features:
Provide customer care calls to Dawsongroup Finance’s current and lapsed customers
Liaise with Dawsongroup clients regarding their finance options
Offer consultative support to manufacturers’ current and lapsed clients
Support Business Development Managers with targeted telemarketing and organizing meetings
Establish solid working relationships with key suppliers and other Dawsongroup businesses
Generate, manage, and support your own leads, ensuring constant communication with Business Development Managers
Work to business KPIs through calls and generated/converted leads
Provide exceptional customer service
