Location: Hayes and Chertsey office with occasional travel within the UK.

Salary starting at £30,500, then £32,000 in Year 2 and £34,000 in Year 3!

Programme Overview:
This is a 36-month Fixed Term Contract with potential for a permanent placement.
Year 1-2: 6x 4-month rotational placements in key departments including Operations, Products and Key Functions (such as Finance, Sales and Industrial Projects)
Year 3: Final year specialisation in the Sales department
Requirements:
- 2:1 or above degree in related disciplines (economics, business management, logistics, etc.)
- Valid UK driving license with the mobility to travel within the UK to deliver projects
- Fluent in verbal and written English
- Passion to work for DHL, particularly within a sales-oriented role

- Strong interest in sales and working within the logistics/freight forwarding industry
- Customer-centric mindset with innovative thinking

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
