Are you an experienced Legal PA or have experience within Litigation?
We have an excellent opportunity to join a fantastic, collaborative working environment with a number of benefits. This is a varied role and duties will include but not be limited to:
- Dealing with client enquiries and communicating with a variety of third parties
- File opening and closing – including adherence to, client care and compliance procedures
- Preparing draft documents
Personal Qualities:
- Friendly and helpful team player
- Well organised with ability to prioritise workload
- Great spoken and written communication skills
- Ability to work accurately with a good attention to detail
- Able to use Microsoft Office packages and possess sufficient typing skills
You will ideally also have:
- Prior experience in a similar role and good working knowledge of Legal processes and procedures
