Secretary – Are you looking for an all-round business support role where you will have variety in your daily duties?In this Secretary / Business Support Administrator role, you will be happy working in a small team within a growing business. Salary: £25,000-£28,000 dependant on experience. Job Type: Permanent/Full-time. 37.5 hours per week / 9am-5pmSECRETARY – ACCOUNTS – ADMINISTRATORThis Engineering Services business is looking for an experienced administrator / secretary who has good working knowledge of accounts-based duties such as dealing with invoicing, expenses and reconciliation. You will provide administration and secretarial support to the business including the production of management information, liaising with customers, suppliers, engineers, and handling enquiries.SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Happy to manage self and work independently. A ‘can do’ attitude and positive problem solver. Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail. Numerate and literate to a high level – accounts experience essential. Ideally experienced in using Xero A great team player. Experience of using Microsoft Office, particularly competent in the use of Microsoft Excel.
