I am looking for an experience Senior Assistant Company Secretary on behalf of a long standing retail client of ours to come in on an interim basis.

• Prior experience in managing or coordinating Board/governance arrangements
• Exceptional organisational skills
• Ensuring regulatory compliance
• Experience of mentoring junior members of the team
• Flexible and personable – working as part of a small team so happy to be hands-on.
• Can come in and hit the ground running
• Legal / Co sec qualifications
