This role will include but not limited to:

• Undertaking Professional Instructions, dilapidations, technical due diligence, acquisitions surveys, scedules of conditions, PPM’s, feasability studies and party walls.
• Advising clients on building and property issues, which can include technical, financial, sustainability, enviornmental and more.
• Undertake business development.
