Senior HR Advisor Part Time

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated and experienced HR Advisor to join our clients growing HR Operations team. Reporting directly to the HR Director, the main aspects of the role includes

• Being the subject matter expert for all employee relations
• Providing dedicated HR partnering services for stores.
• Working closely with line managers to provide proactive and pragmatic advice and guidance on all aspects of people management.
• Rolling and various projects, initiatives and enhancements
• Identifying areas of improvement

Key Requirements

• Previous end to end ER /HR advisory experience
• Proven first-rate customer service skills to build and maintain collaborative relationships with colleagues across the organisation.
• Ideally CIPD Qualified
• Ideally HR advisory roles, preferably in a retail or similar multi-site environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good awareness of ER policies and procedures and the implementation of these practices across a business
