Role Overview
Vario is a market leading alternative legal services provider within the law firm, Pinsent Masons. It is unique in the legal sector. Vario is a practice group within Pinsent Masons which incorporates; Flexible Services, Consulting and Technology, Legal Project Management and Managed Legal Services (MLS). This role sits within our MLS team.
Our Vario MLS team helps clients to enhance the performance of their in-house teams through efficient resourcing solutions. We use a combination of lawyers, processes, and technology to deliver outcomes for clients faster and smarter than traditional law.
Within our MLS team, we have developed a new Paralegal Centre of Excellence, which brings together a range of paralegal skills and capabilities, that provide a variety of services to our lawyers and clients.
We are recruiting a Senior Paralegal to primarily support our Finance (previously known as Banking) and Restructuring teams. We envision this to be a vital role in strengthening the Paralegal Centre of Excellence’s support to the F&P practice group.
You will be act as a role model for the Paralegal Centre of Excellence in interacting with stakeholders, being confident in flagging spare capacity to fee earners, being proactive in networking with the Practice group and helping to identify areas where paralegals can assist. You will play an active role in the wider F&P team; participating in team meetings/discussions and supporting the Team Lead with supervision of more junior members of the team.
