An exciting and ambitious opportunity has arisen to join our Protection Platform supporting the development of customer and IFA propositions for our protection business. This is an area of strategic investment for the Group, so there is the opportunity and funding to significantly transform the proposition over the next two to three years.
In this role you’ll have accountability for developing propositions to Advisers and Customers within the Protection business. You’ll inspire and lead feature teams to deliver on outcomes, do the right thing for our customers and shape how the proposition moves forward.
Responsibilities
Operate decisively within a sophisticated environment to understand customer needs before translating into winning features.
Ensure the team have clear priorities and support in order to deliver the best outcomes for customers and colleagues.
Release incremental value frequently.
Deliver high quality outputs and challenge the status quo.
Develop a culture of collaboration and forward thinking, role modelling a customer-centric and data lead approach at all times.
Create an environment in which people bring out the best in themselves by providing autonomy and ensuring they feel safe to challenge and deliver in the best way.

What you’ll need
An experienced Product owner with a strong understanding of product lifecycle management and end to end delivery.
Proven ability to collaborate to understand customer needs and translate into products and features.
Experience of digital journey development.
Experience in mentoring and developing teams to be the best they can be.
And any experience of these would be really useful
