The company
I’m recruiting for a lovely award-winning boutique agency in Romford, they are looking for an experienced Property Manager to join their Team.
They are well established; 15 years running and cover Residential, Land and Commercial Property Management as well as sales and lettings.
The vacancy
You must have at least 3 years’ experience in residential property management.
They could hire a Senior Property Manager, Team Leader or Assistant Head of PM. They just need someone experienced who can hit the ground running and help grow the portfolio.
The Company has around 400 managed properties (750 Let only). You will look after 200 predominantly residential properties plus a few HMO’s and Commercial properties.
You must be able to drive and have your own car.
Package
- £35k – £40k
- Yearly pay rise and annual discretionary bonus.
