Senior Site Manager Part Time

Senior Site Manager required in the East Sussex area for a national Tier 1 Main Contractor. This region is going through a significant period of growth and is looking to employ experienced Senior Site Managers to oversee various projects

Secured projects include;

• A number of school project, both new build and major extensions
• The refurbishment of a major industrial and office building
• Heritage works for council

To be considered suitable you will have;

• SMSTS, Black CSCS, First Aid at Work
• A stable employment history with Tier 1 or Tier 2 main contractors
• A history or managing projects from start to finish
• Experience delivering projects of a minimum of 5M
• Living within 1 hour of Brighton
