The Opportunity
We have an excellent opportunity for a Senior Site Manager to deliver a brand new multi-phased timber frame residential scheme with a total of 125 units in Tattenhoe, south of Milton Keynes. The development will involve multiple house build types and apartments with a heavy focus on building quality and winning awards.
Properties will range from 1 & 2 bedroom apartments up to 5 bedroom detached executive homes with extensive landscaping and community building, new roads, cycleways and pathways, landscaped gardens, car parking, a community centre and various community creating facilities.

What they are looking for
The ideal candidate will have a background in delivering new build residential schemes, used to running multiple live phases working for a residential developer, experienced in delivering timber frame housing developments from start to finish, and able to act confidently as the point of contact with high-ranking third parties and stakeholders.

The business has recently expanded into the Northern Home Counties & East Anglia area, after years of delivering top level products to the South East & London.

- Salary up to 75,000
