The role:
Experience within a hotel and/or restaurant environment as a Senior Sous Chef .
The ambition to provide the highest levels of cooking standards to its customers.
Flexibility to work in a la carte, Grill, pastry and buffet sections.
Managing staff rotas, storage, stock rotation, budget guidelines, food waste, storage, monitoring, kitchen equipment, stock levels, energy management, health and safety, food training, standards
Some duty management work.
To provide excellent quality food production in relation to all kitchen areas, managing restaurant, and banqueting areas.

Skills required:
NVQ level 3 706 2 or foreign equivalent
Enthusiasm and skill set
Relative experience and multi outlet establishment management experience
