Service Administrator 12- Month Student Placement £23,800 per annum

Hours: 40 per week

Contract: Fixed term 12 months – Student Placement

To be eligible for this role, you must be an undergraduate student looking for a 12-month industry placement opportunity, 2024-25.

The Service Administrator Role Overview:

• Responsible for monitoring and uploading of daily service reports.
• Investigating incidents and giving feedback to our clients.
• Working as a customer liaison regarding any issues, activity, or maintenance on site.
• Providing assistance to the field engineering team.
• Logging service requirements onto the CRM system.
• Completing daily site reports.

Your Experience:

• At least one years experience within a customer service role.
• A high level of spoken and written communication.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced dynamic environment.

This role will require the BS7858 clearance.
