You will be working for a leading manufacturing business in the S9 area of Sheffield.
Due to a peak in work loads this role will initially start as a long term temporary role for 3-6 months with a start date of August/ September 2024.
This role is temporary and we ask that the successful applicants to this vacancy be able to start temporary work quickly and not be on long notice periods.

-Full time – working hours Monday – Thursday 8.30am – 5pm, Friday 8.30 – 5pm

Your new role
This will be a busy role taking a lead on service admin based job tasks and support the business with scheduling of works to be completed by the Field Service Team. This role would suit someone with excellent technical administration skills who is able to complete the duties of the role including ;
– Service Coordination for the Field Service Engineers
– Diary management for the Engineers
– Production of quotes ( templates used) and entering quotes onto the system
– Assigning work to Engineers, completing test and service paper work
– Order parts/ materials for the work
– General administration
– Updating of CRM Systems
– Knowledge of MS Office needed
– Excellent knowledge of Excel needed

What you’ll need to succeed
The successful applicant will have;
– Held a similar role recently and able to demonstrate the skills and experience required of the position upon application
– excellent MS Office Skills
– The Ability to adapt quickly
– Availability to start the role quickly and not be on notice
