Pertemps Crawley have a fantastic opportunity for Service Coordinator to join one of the fast-growing equipment suppliers in the UK.Working out of their busy Cranleigh Depot, own transport is preferred due to location.This is for anyone who has some administrative experience & eager to learn OR an experienced coordinatorThe Role:

  • Handling incoming calls from new & exiting clients and assisting with hire/ service requests, providing quotations, and raising jobs
  • Planning workloads and allocating Engineers within company SLAs, including same day and urgent call outs
  • Ensure Engineers have correct parts & ordering from Suppliers as required
  • Collate and cross-check Engineer job sheets for invoicing
  • General office clerical duties

The Person:

  • Strong communication skills, from a similar Engineering / Construction environment (NOT essential)
  • Strong organisation / coordination experience, ability to work to urgent deadlines
  • Proficient user of MS Packages including Word, Excel & Outlook

The Package:

  • Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5pm (30-minute lunch)
  • Salary: £24,000 – £27,000 DOE
  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays (increasing for every year of service), free parking, sick pay & much much more
