We are looking for a full time Service Coordinator to join our dynamic team! This is a brand new role so we can offer tons of flexibility. As a Service Coordinator you will be looking after a team of engineers and scheduling their daily work. You will play the critical role within the team by being the first point of contact to customers, also keeping tight communication between all parties.
You will be doing:
• Schedule a team of engineers’ daily work. Liaise with customers and allocate suitable jobs to engineers accordingly.
• Manage customers’ service contracts and Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPMs) to ensure all service and inspections are carried out before the due date.
• Be the initial point of contact for customers, promptly resolve any customer queries, and deliver excellent customer service at all times.
• Monitor and follow up on engineers’ job reports every morning and take necessary follow-up actions when required.
• Source new parts, raise purchase orders in the system, and liaise with suppliers for any urgent orders.
• Respond promptly to emergency breakdown calls and emails and assign them to engineers efficiently.
• Obtain price quotes from suppliers and generate quotations using our system.
• Track and manage each job and project completion in the system, ensuring all details are recorded correctly and accurately.
• Monitor and manage engineers’ weekly timesheets, ensuring accurate recording of details.
• Prepare Risk Assessment and Method Statements (RAMS) in the system when required.
• Support and effectively liaise with the Office Manager and Managing Director.

08:00 – 16:30

• Good knowledge of Microsoft package.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Highly organised with the ability to use initiative to organise and prioritise.

• Dynamic and forward-thinking.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently when necessary.
