• Design, testing, installation, and commissioning of small-scale project works.
• Routine maintenance tasks such as site surveys, technical audits, system health checks, spares management, obsolescence reporting, disaster recovery work (backup & restore), system upgrades, and patching.
• Assisting customers in fault-finding and problem rectification through various channels, including telephone, web, and email. Emergency repairs on customer sites may be required, including ‘out-of-hours’ work on a rota basis.
• Completion of service reports and other project documentation as needed.

The successful candidate will collaborate within a team to serve multiple clients, engaging in diverse tasks ranging from small project works to routine maintenance and reactive support calls. Adequate training will be provided to ensure proficiency in performing duties.

Essential Requirements:

• Strong background in electrical engineering.
• Current valid driving license.

Desirable Requirements:

• Experience with PLC/RTU or similar control systems.
• Ability to obtain SC clearance.

Personal Skills:

• Effective communication and organizational skills.
• Capability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to visit customer sites independently and occasionally as part of a team.
• Readiness to undertake out-of-hours work on a rota basis.
