Description
- Oversee daily operations in the production area
- Implement and maintain quality control standards
- Lead and manage a team of production workers
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Coordinate with other departments for smooth operations
- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities
- Prepare and present production reports
- Manage shift schedules and employee training
Profile
A successful Shift Manager should have:
- A degree in Engineering, Manufacturing or a related field
- Experience in a leadership role within the industrial / manufacturing sector
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Excellent team leadership skills
- Ability to manage and coordinate multiple tasks
- Strong problem-solving skills
