Wills and Probate Solicitor Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced part-time Wills and Probate Solicitor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a caseload of wills, probate, and estate administration matters, providing expert advice to clients, and ensuring that all legal requirements are met with precision and care.

Wills and Probate Solicitor Responsibilities:

• Managing a caseload of wills, probate, and estate administration matters
• Drafting and reviewing wills, trusts, and related documents
• Providing expert legal advice to clients on inheritance tax, estate planning, and probate matters
• Assisting clients with the administration of estates and trusts
• Liaising with clients, beneficiaries, and other parties involved in the probate process
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation

Wills and Probate Solicitor Requirements:

• Qualified solicitor with a valid practicing certificate in England and Wales
• Proven experience in wills, probate, and estate administration
• Strong understanding of UK laws and regulations related to inheritance, wills, and probate
• Excellent communication and client management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality legal services
• Part-time availability
