Job Title: Football Service OFFICER
Location: Somerset Football Association, Charles Lewin House, Glastonbury, with some flexibility for hybrid working.
Salary Range: £23,000-£29,000
Are you passionate about football and committed to ensuring the smooth operation of football services while upholding discipline and regulations and running county cup competitions? Somerset Football Association is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Football Officer.
As part of the role you will;
Support The FA National Game Strategy and Somerset FA Business Strategy:
Lead on Football Discipline and Regulation:
Mange County Cup Competitions
Implement Safeguarding Operating Standard:
Support the adoption of FA Technology Systems:
Comply with FA Rules and Regulations:

Hours of work are 35 hour week. We recognise the importance of flexibility in achieving a healthy work-life balance. As such, we are open to discussing flexible working arrangements that suit both the candidate and the needs of the organisation.
Disciplinary hearings, where the incumbent will be expected to act as secretary, will take place out of normal office hours along with other activities, will take place “out of hours”; the successful candidate must be flexible to meet those needs. Time off in Lieu will be given for all out of hours activities.
