Experienced Support workers required – Adults with Autism
Hays Social Care is working with a company based in Colchester to bring you access to this position working to improve the lives of Adults with Autism.
In this role you will be assisting these vulnerable individuals one on one with every aspect of their lives. Duties include but are not limited to monitoring emotional wellbeing, helping them with personal care, administering medication, and most importantly being a friend and encouraging independence.
Shifts are organised to give you a flexible working pattern as both full time and part time roles are available. A competitive rate of pay is also available, starting at £10.50 and going up to £12, depending on shifts worked and expeirence you have under your belt.
This is a permanent position and does require a driver, however if you do not drive please do call us and we can discuss options.
