About the Role:
As a Support Worker, you will work closely with a female client with Autism. We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic individual capable of providing person-centred care, enabling our client to lead a fulfilling life. Our client is highly intelligent, enjoys humour, and seeks to build a warm relationship to achieve personal goals, particularly related to weight loss and healthier choices.
Role Responsibilities:
– Assist with daily activities
– Provide personal care prompts
– Monitor medication and finances
– Offer emotional support, companionship, and encouragement
– Promote independence
– Maintain accurate records and report any changes in the client’s condition
– Collaborate with other professionals involved in the client’s care
Working Hours:
– Early Shift: 08:00 – 15:30
– Late Shift with sleep-in: 15:15 – 22:45
– Tuesdays/Thursdays Early Shift: 08:00 – 17:30
– Tuesdays/Thursdays Late Shift with sleep-in: 17:30 – 22:45
Weekdays and weekend shifts are available.
