Calling all Customer Service Professionals!

TeamJobs are looking for a Telemarketer to join our client based in the Bournemouth area on a temporary to permanent basis!

Role: Telemarketer

Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am to 5pm (no weekends!)

Salary: 23,500 per annum DOE

Main responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients.
• Promote the products/services.
• Keep records up to date on CRM system.
• Build rapport with customers and answer any queries.
• Collaborate with the sales department.
• Qualify leads.

Experience:

• Previous experience as a telemarketer or similar customer service role.
• Able to use multiple different systems.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Able to negotiate.
• Proficient user of Microsoft office including excel.
