Job Title: Tenancy Support Worker
Location: Cardiff and Newport
Hours : 35 per week (Monday-Friday)
Salary: £23,251 per annum

Job Description:

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated support worker to join our team in Cardiff and Newport. The ideal candidate will have experience working with vulnerable adults and be able to provide high-quality care and support to our clients. The role will consist of supporting vulnerable adults within the Criminal Justice Service.

Responsibilities:

Undertaking safeg uarding activities Develop safety plans with clients Maximise rent collection Maintain relationships with external forces eg the police, local authorities Ensure property maintenance is recorded and reported

Requirements:

Full UK driving licence Experience working with vulnerable adults Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Enhanced DBS check required
