Training Coordinator Part Time

Major Recruitment are recruiting for a Training (TMS) Coordinator, on behalf of a client working in the Energy industry. Based in Dyce, this is a full-time, permanent position in which the successful candidate will manage all aspects of arranging and maintaining training requirements of TMS client employees.

You will be responsible for:

• Processing training bookings in line with departmental procedures and policies
• Raising purchase orders
• Updating and maintaining client’s Learning Management System (LMS) to effectively manage employees’ training records
• Contacting suppliers to secure training solutions on behalf of company clients
• Ensuring accurate data is maintained within appropriate departmental systems
• Monitoring progress of allocated training events, ensuring compliance
• Identifying solutions and efficiencies to enhance the use of departmental software
• Ensuring KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators) are met
• Managing the status of all courses, alongside ensuring that suppliers are informed of cancellations in a timely manner
• Managing changing situations to ensure training requirements are delivered
• Notifying delegates of any cancellations or changes
• Arranging accommodation where necessary
• Calculating Managed Event costs
• Generating and forwarding Joining Instructions in line with company policy
• Applying the departmental escalation policy in response to any customer complaints

Requirements:

• Driven, motivated and committed
• Excellent attention to detail, alongside the ability to work under pressure
• Fantastic IT skills, with a sound understanding of MS Office packages
• The ability to talk to all levels of company representatives
• Knowledge of Health, Safety, Security, Environmental, Quality (including Audits)
• Experience in Customer Service
• Knowledge of the Oil & Gas Industry would be desirable
• Software system experience as an advantage
