A reputable and well-established Financial Advisory firm is looking to hire a Will Writer. As part of their growth strategy, we are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Will Writer with a STEP qualification to join their dynamic team.

This role is part time and remote, the salary is also £Negotiable

Job Overview:

• As a Will Writer with STEP qualification, you will play a crucial role in assisting our clients with the creation and administration of wills and trusts. You will be responsible for providing expert advice, ensuring legal compliance, and delivering exceptional service to meet our clients’ unique needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Will Drafting: Prepare and draft wills, trusts, and related estate planning documents in accordance with legal requirements and client specifications.
• Client Consultation: Conduct consultations with clients to understand their financial and family circumstances, offering expert guidance on estate planning strategies.
• Legal Compliance: Stay abreast of changes in laws and regulations related to wills and trusts, ensuring all documents are legally sound and up-to-date.

Qualifications:

• STEP qualification (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners) is mandatory.
